At my last job we were all forced to have fun together for 1/2 hour on Fridays. It actually usually was fun (especially if our strange boss was out for the day). We'd putt golf balls usually and whoever won had to pick up the doughnuts for the next Friday. I don't know why I thought of that just now.
Today we woke up to snowflakes! I know there are those of you out there who are sick of snowflakes, and that I should try not to say how rare it is for us to see snowflakes, let alone on March 28th. I could have done with warmer temps for the day, but it was kind of nice to see snowflakes on my way to work. I do feel for those of you who have seen lots of snow this winter. When it snows here we rarely have to shovel. If we did have to shovel we wouldn't have anything to shovel with, so it wouldn't matter anyway. No shovel needed today. It barely stuck to the grass.
I wish I was so easily amused. It might have made today a more enjoyable day at work if I could have sat at my desk crinkling paper (I probably wouldn't have sucked on it like a certain someone likes to do). Might have made the time pass by a little quicker. I'm glad it's the weekend so I can spend some time with my girl. Maybe I can teach her how to pack things in boxes this weekend?
