Three bits of G

We had a power outage not too long ago.  Gretchen got very excited by the head lamp.  Luckily the power came on right as the sun went down.



Last weekend Gretchen went strawberry picking for the first time.   She actually managed to pick a few.  She ate a whole lot that I picked and had a great time running through the rows getting sufficiently messy.

Yes, I didn't think very clearly when I dressed Gretchen. A woman at the farm gave the helpful tip of pouring boiling water over the fruit stains to remove them. It worked! Now if only I could get the tar out of her clothes from her leaning against a telephone pole.

I will update soon on the garden.

Oh my gosh... a bigga girl! What a beautiful little button. Looking forward to hugging her and her mom in just a few short weeks! Woo-hoo!
